BMW has made it easy and convenient to always keep in touch with a team of BMW experts, no matter where you happen to be. Find the answers to any questions you may have, or information about a specific feature on your vehicle, in one of three easy ways:

• At the dealership. The specially-trained BMW Genius will help you choose the perfect BMW model for your lifestyle, demonstrate all of the vehicle’s features and help you get familiar with your new BMW — before, during and after your purchase.
• Download the extremely convenient BMW Genius App to your smartphone or tablet from the AppStore or Google Play. It’s an easy-to-access resource filled with how-to videos and model-specific information that you’ll turn to time and again.
• Finally, you can contact the BMW Genius Hotline at 1-844-4GENIUS (443-6487) to speak with one of the dedicated experts, who are available 9am-9pm Monday through Thursday, 9am-6pm on Fridays and 10am-7pm on Saturdays (all times Eastern). Store their phone number in your vehicle for convenient access; if you don’t know how, give them a call and have them help you.
