I purchased my first BMW at the Mobile dealership. I communicated with Alex before driving from Louisiana. He was knowledgeable, informative, well versed and cordial. He went out of his way to meet my needs. I would highly recommended that you look him up when looking for your next vehicle. They have a Mascot named Beemer whom the dealership has rescued and embraced. The management shows empathy and compassion by adopting this stray cat. I applaud them giving back to the animal community. It shows they are truly all encompassing via customer and community service.

I was able to make an appt online for any day within one week to get my X3 looked for a minor issue. I was sent a text reminder the day before. The staff were very helpful and took care of me right away. What was impressive was the video sent by the technician directly to my phone showing me what he was seeing with his explanation. I drove 3 hours and a half to get my brakes replaced at this location because the dealership in Montgomery told me they would have to order my brakes from Germany. This location may have been a little more out of my way, but much nicer and definitely more efficient than Montgomery! Thank you mobile staff, it was a pleasure doing business with you.

Took my car in for a diagnostic test on my 2004 525i and everything went great. except when I got my car back , I drove it across the street to the gas station, popped my hood and my antifreeze cap was left off. . Luckily nothing was damaged and I didn’t loose my cap

This dealership is top notch. We had a tire put on that was under warranty today. The service department not only called to see if we made it home , because the tech was not sure he completed a final step for safety. They sent the tech 70 miles to our home to be sure it was complete and safe. Yes they are top notch in our opinion.

I had my BMW 15000 mile service done and was very pleased with the service I received. Everyone was very pleasant and greeted me and the service was done promptly including a car wash. I even received a completed checklist of everything that was done along with a video of the underside inspection.
