Came in the dealership and they quickly diagnosed my issues and worked directly with my extended warranty company for me. My Service Advisor (Carie) was gracious enough to provide a loaner car while mine was being worked on. Carie kept in communication with me the during this duration and explained everything that needed to be done thoroughly. My car has always been serviced at BMW of Mobile and that will continue in the years ahead.
They were on point! I pulled up a lil early for my appointment and they were ready. I inquired about a loaner when I set the appointment. It was already pulled up and waiting for me. The loaner was washed and clean. They communicated their findings when inspecting my car and got all the work done in a timely manner. The staff was professional and pleasant to talk with. I’ll definitely be back to this location when it’s time for my next service.

Service department pretty quick. Was not able to tell me when I scheduled my appointment how long it would take which in essence meant I had to set aside the entire day. Overall a positive experience. I like the videos they take while doing the evaluations.

"Luxury car ownership" doesn't end at the curb: Everyone here handles their customers as welcome guests. The showroom itself is lovely, the sitting areas are stylish and comfortable. The service shop is clean, bright, and climate controlled. The people are even better than any of that.

They are straight forward, answer your questions and fair. So far, they’ve been pretty honest from purchasing a vehicle through honoring maintenance as well as repair after an accident.
Absolute princess treatment from start to finish. They shuttled me to work that morning (got me there on time) and had my recall fixed by 2pm with a text alert to let me know it was done. They also emailed me video of my multi-point inspection and detailed Big Shirley just because. I stayed a while and put my fingerprints all over the 1 of 500 heritage edition M850i they had in the showroom #iykyk. 10 out of 10 experience.
Had a great experience with the service department getting 2004 Z4 aligned, got me in 30 minutes after I called for an appointment and started immediately after I got there.
Service counter was ready when I arrived and quickly checked me in. Service was completed ahead of schedule. Car was washed and vacuumed when I arrived to pick it up. All around, great customer service. Everyone was most helpful and courteous.

Dealership was doing good until I informed them that my rim was bent on my tire and the response of having to wait for them to go through cameras is unacceptable. I am going to get my rim repaired myself but I don't think I will be going back there again. Disappointed.

Tyler Ford in the service department deserves a raise please!! He saved me when my battery died by lining up a loaner for me so I could get back to work asap! It was the day after Thanksgiving and I truly didn't expect much help. But, Tyler came through for me. I'm forever grateful. Actually, the entire service department has always treated me so kindly. This is my 3rd BMW and the service dept is really the reason I keep buying them.
