For our service customers, we have a Loaner Program stocked with several models of BMW's. However, some routine services do not require a loaner car, as they can be completed within a short period of time. We also provide a courtesy shuttle to the area mall or to downtown areas so clients may shop while we service their vehicle.
If a loaner car is a must, our service advisers will schedule according to availability. Remember - the car you are in today is scheduled out tomorrow - so please be courteous and return them when your car is done. Please keep in mind we do not offer loaner vehicles for customers needing either major or minor body repairs. However, we do offer low-cost, current model rental cars on-site through specialized Enterprise representatives.
Free WiFi is provided in our customer lounges, along with complimentary coffee, soft drinks, and light snacks. For those that have purchased a new BMW or one that is still under warranty - the maintenance is included under BMW's 4 year or 50,000 mile program. We love helping our customers with all of their vehicles - new or old. We schedule new owner clinics and are in the process of scheduling a customer appreciation night.
Our Service Department has the best technicians, all up to speed on the latest BMW technology. We have the newest and one of the largest luxury line facilities in the Mobile area. We love our customers!
