When it comes to automotive reviews, BMW of Mobile knows it's always wise to take a writer's words with a grain of salt. After all, you never know how experienced and knowledgeable a reviewer might be. That is, unless you're reading a piece wittily crafted by Richard Hammond.
For those who might not be up on the European news scene, Hammond is a seasoned English broadcaster, writer, and journalist. Of course, it's his role co-hosting Top Gear and his sharp automotive intelligence that we at BMW of Mobile are more concerned about. In fact, just recently the witty European writer conjured up a stunning review of one of our favorite new BMW vehicles: the Europe-exclusive BMW 320d.
What was the main focus of Hammond's assessment of the BMW 3 Series model? Finding its flaw. As odd as this approach might be, Hammond set out to discover at least one thing wrong with the BMW model, weaving in vehicle stats and a bit of humor along the way. Of course, in the end, the only aspect the British writer found he did not entirely love is the red stripe that runs across the model's dashboard. Not too bad, we'd say.
The BMW diesel isn't available at BMW of Mobile, 3025 Government Blvd Mobile, AL 36606. However, we've compiled a list of some of the BMW 320d model's features for you. Glance them over and if they look appealing, feel free to stop by to test drive any U.S.-based BMW 3 Series model such as the BMW 328i.
